FunkySi's appeal result

Following Simon's permanent ban from the club last week' I received his formal appeal and presented it to the rest of The Committee, so that we could reconsider our position on the matter.

I can confirm that Simon's case (and the grounds for his appeal) was discussed among The Committee in a fair and just manner; and the matter was put to the vote.

With the poll now closed, The Committee has voted that Simon's permanent ban shall remain in force. With regret, FunkySi is permanently banned from The Club for the reasons stated in my previous thread. The Committee's decision on this matter is now final.

Once again may I remind everyone that this is a private matter between Simon and The Committee. Any attempts to cause trouble on the forums or stir up any anti-club spirit will be swiftly moderated; with persistent offenders being dealt with in accordance with The Club's usual policy on such matters.
