    Just realised that my subscription's expired, but I've got a number for a good enquiries agency - recommended by a retired solicitor a few weeks ago who used to use them... http://www.intecea.co.uk based in Mold. Fortunately, I never ended up using them, so can't vouch, but I trust the recommendation.
