Posting Problem

I am having a problem posting on the subscribed forum, I have checked and my subs are up to date. Can someone help with this as I was hoping to put up a for sale add?

    I had a bit of a problem earlier as well, couldn't post on one of the other threads after i had voted on a poll, but no problems posting on any others??
