Hi,

 

Is there a step by step guide on here explaining how to get to the rear speakers, i.e. by removing the minimum number of things?

 

Had a look but can't seem to find anything.

 

Any help much appreciated.

erm, pop the covers off and there they are.

Yep simple as that. You should be able to reach and get at all the screws (although two are a bugger) unless you're thinking of taking the route of larger speakers.

 

I've got a pair of JBL direct replacements i could bring tomorrow if you like buddy?

I would like to get at the cable route from the front as I want to re-wire the speakers such that they can by-pass the amplifier that I understand all of the Zs have.

 

So I suppose I also need access to the amplifier.

I just re-read those old threads and just realised the original wiring diag that I based mine on was kindly supplied by Daves_Zed in the first place! Credit where credit's due :thumbup1:
