Watched the repeat of Sunday last night.

Loved it:cool3::cool3:

R8 Spider mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:drool::drool:

i dont normally watch it but i watched the one with the motorhomes and agree it could have caused some serious accident on the roads but all the same it was hilarious, i think the banter between the 3 of them is so funny.

Agreed they do get on each others wick lol, i watched the polar episode the other day on Dave, classic one that !!

Okay to clear up about 5th gear - it's a naff rip off of top that started in the format of the 1980s top gear which was junked by the bbc in 1992 and then started to try and replicate the new style top gear which "crazy stunts" (which were in fact poor imitations of stuff top gear had done a year previously). The new series is now only 30 mins a program, a testament that they have flogged that dead horse enough to the point where i can't give a monkey's either way whether i see it any more or not. The last series of 5th gear was almost getting good with the test track and the guys in the studio but they've royally mucked up this series. Same boring format every week.

The new style of Top Gear has and always will be car-tainment. Car based japes, jokes and challenges. The 3 guys are brilliant comperes to the show, the challenges are daft fun meant to brighten up your sunday evening.

And that's what it's there for Sunday night entertainment, far and away the best entertainment show on TV at the moment and although yes some of it is very predictable I still think it's head and shoulders about things like "Find me a maria" and "Z Factor"

The 3 of them are normal down to earth guys, you're meant to feel on a level with them and them hooning around in supercars being daft is exactly what "you'd" like to do given the opportunity.

There is a simple solution to this problem - for all us devoted fans who enjoy every second we get of clarkson, hammond and may: keep watching as long as it's on our screens

For those who think it's a waste of time, boring and predictable: don't bother watching it!
