today i have been mainly.....................

trying to do a water bypass with the plenum on got the passengers side done but gave up on the drivers side when i could not even get to the metal pipe clip at the back of the plenum so i've done a half bypass lol

also got round to starting to fit the new silicone vac hoses and finished fitting the replica spoiler just needs a little more tidying round that and i managed to take paint off in one place trying to remove excess glue doh

still need to fettle my top rad hose slightly as well but thats for another day when it's dry

Could you not get your hand down there at all?

I did mine with a mini copper pipe cutter as could not get pliers in there, not to cut it but you can use them as a mini one handed operated clamp.

the problem i had was the metal clip on the hose is set so the tags you squeeze to undo it are facing the bulk head i did think about removing the pipe from the the pipe that goes under the plenum and try to twist it round but as the rain was starting i decided to just get the passenger side fitted and do the drivers later on. only thing i did find is the water tube coming from the turbo had been cut shorter but managed to get hose on and sealed so hopefully that will be fine
