R34 gtr 'arc' oil cooler on a z32 tt?

I'm considering making an offer on a secondhand 'ARC' oil cooler for an R34 GTR

 

I'm guessing that the sandwich plate is going to be different however I think that the 'HEL' sandwich plate that I've already got for the Z32 would be compatable, as the braided hoses look like a fairly standard fit

 

any suggestions?

    they are jic fittings so should be universal unless you have bsp at the moment, or even metric. adaptors are available for all
