The first 100 miles will be the hardest..................the last 40 miles are all down hill :punk:

 

Should be at Hartside Cafe for about 1pm for flapjack and milkshake :chef:

 

All being well by 7pm we should be quoffing a pint in The Smugglers..........:duffer:
