2day/ next weekend

Hi Jane

 

It was an OOPSY Jan leaving the Rolling Road bit on the list

 

BUT does anyone have ideas for a location on the weekend ?

 

We're going to come up from Filey, You're in Middlesborough and then others are further north so we need a convenient location for the majority I'll see what I can get on weather predictions for next weekend and throw that in as well and see what it looks good for !

 

Just suggest we all pencil it in and we'll all decide where within a few days

Well with you being in Filey, and the location of the rest of the NE guys teeside park will be more or less a central location (with you having to travel the furthest) plus there has only ever been 1 meet there:cool3:

could meet in the car pk to the showcase cinema and that is the right post code

We can def make it - but can I just ask what happens on these meets? Been to couple of cruises starting at Teesside Park, was all rather boyed up corsas doing donuts etc, not my scene at all! Do we just hang out, talk cars?

Yeah. That's about it. Hopefully the boyo racers stay away.

The last one we had there was OK. Not many boy racers around lunch time either. I'll be up for coming over providing Im not working, although in a Discovery, again.

would be best to start another thread with the date time and place in the title, that way people are certain of a meet

Thanks StellaZ for the suggestion ... this will happen for the future, but everyone seems to be using this thread and it seems only appropriate to carry that on. However ... I may do it anyway.

Just edit the thread title to include the date

i would then it makes it clear to everyone where and when and so on, some threads can be confusing and it saves you having to repeat yourself all the time

Another thread has now started with all details clearly in its title so there is no confusion amongst members.
