I have just bought a replacement engine and I am about to receive it over next couple of days, I have bought it without turbos and I believe the engine is out of a manual car. Will the turbos off an automatic fit on the engine as one of them is bigger on the auto car aren't they?

On a manual engine they are both the same size, and on an automatic engine they are both the same size. Although the auto turbos are slightly smaller than the manual turbos, not really that noticable though. Quicker to boost!

 

There should be no problem fitting the automatic turbos to a manual engine as the engines are the same)

Stick em on, no issues and no probs fitting them.

Remember if the engine is in fact from a manual car you will need to fit the adapter to support the torque convertor, otherwise you will have terminal gearbox damage very quickly.
