Any suggestions where I might get pipework to allow a double induction kit to be fitted in place of the standard air box?

Had seen a supplier of one previously, but afraid my memory lets me down these days :-)

Featured Replies

There has been a few cold air induction kits on e bay and the like that included pipework etc, if your planning a dual apexi or similar i would not really say pipe work to drag air in is really required though

however the best set up would be a splitter that allows both cones to sit forward instead of back

You should still be able to reply to the thread as it's still open, what happens when you try to post?

Hi Colin - I've updated the other thread - I need to contact 2 or 3 other members first who expressed interest in it. Thanks for the heads up Dave. :duffer:

Cheers, I'll have that if it is still available. Unable to reply to your thread for some reason.

Hi Colin,

I run the company (Smithy's Place) that originally came up with that design. Although we no longer list it in our parts catalogue we can still get them made up.

Price wise you're looking at £180 for the pipe work, silicone couplers, filter adapters and jubilee clips. The A'pexi filters are another £110 each.

If you get nowhere with the secondhand set and fancy all new parts the please let me know. Lead time for the pipe work is usually 5~7 working days.

Regards,

Colin - ok the twin intake with filters is yours if you want it for £45 all in. I know you can't PM me so post up your email addy and I'll contact you.
