ok carputer experts take a look at these found them purely by accident while browsing web not bad spec but not sure if they will be anygood heat wise in a zed, but dont seem bad for the price

Make your own mate, its alot cheaper. You can build your own for so much better specs then what they are offering.

to be honest thought about it seeing as i build/repair pc's on a daily basis it's just the fold away screens are so much money at the moment that by time you have bought one seperate it's the price of these units or over

Talking of carputers. Wasn't there someone on here a while back now who use to make them. I haven't a clue about it and would like to delve into that type of thing in the car. Cheers

thats a very good price for the spec tbh, them intel atom boards are the nuts. if you make one yourself you will have to buy a screen separate and it will soon mount up. a good all-in-one hassle free install. see my rides for my carpc install... on hand for any advice should you need it :D one thing i will say is you dont need a super duper fast machine as its not needed, its only a mobile media player so dont waste your money on super quick machines that will flatten your battery in 5mins!

^^ Agreed. Ticks the right boxes. You would have a hard time building one for the same money, and its pre-built in a DIn enclosure with a Touchscreen and a decent enough spec.
