offsets for unrolled arches

hi . been looking at some wheels . 8.5 front and 9 rear . been told offset is plus 42 . i dont wanna mess with my arches , like them original . will these fit ok . oh 18 rims if this makes a difference.

oh forgot to say . car has not been lowered nor do i want it to be .

    plus 42 offset is a tad 'weak' so wouldn't have thought you'd have any issues with the poking out the arches!
