A long long time ago I did, I tend to go to Aberavon beach more often now if im in that sort of area. I haven't ridden a push bike for as long as I can remember.

I went there at the beginning of the month. Was a little more extreme than I thought it was going to be. I will go back when I've dropped some weight, 22st is to much to lug around there. Great day out though and I still have the scars to prove it :)

im having a quiet one today...tbf i was at newmarket races yesterday,,,won nothing.....great day though....

I'm just chilling, up very early for work tomorrow. I dont mind working bank Holidays, coz It's double time, and I prefer my days off, when everyone's at work, and kids are at school.
