i try to keep to half a dozen cups of tea or coffee a day maximum! i know when i've had too much caffeine and not enough sleep cos one of my eyelids starts to twitch by itself!!! lol!

If i have a few customers throughout the day, i tend to get offered a coffee or two, plus i have some in the morning, and maybe one before i go to bed, but im kind of use to drinking Monster and Rockstar etc. So Coffee doesnt effect me

I have decaff coffee, and normal tea (yorkshire tea.:tongue_smilie:).

Apparantly theres more caffeine in tea than coffee, but the full strength

coffee drives me round the bend.

Probably have around 10 cups a day combined.
