alarm immobaliser problems

Hi can anyone help, my car alarm/immobaliser is playing up - sometimes it locks sometimes it doesn't which is not the main problem. The main problem is when it won't UNLOCK. The car is also de-locked so you can see my problem when im stood in Wickes car park, fob in hand and the car won't unlock. I've put a brand new battery in the fob and the light on the fob is nice and bright, is there anything else i can check?

    What make and model alarm? may be worth checking the manufactures website for any trouble shooting tips.

    Its more than likely a sticking actuator motor in the drivers door thats controlled by the alarm system, it might just want adjusted but you will have to take drivers door panel off to have a look at it

    I'd follow the advise above same thing happened on my g650
