Anyone know of any products available from B and Q or wickes which will help stop water penetrating into a concrete sectional garage?. I went round the inside and outside of the garage with a cement (fillet) when I first built it. Unfortunately puddles form outside and seem to seep through. Anyone know of a product that I could possibly paint the cement fillet with to create a barrier?.

Heres an example

Thanks in advance.

would a brick sealer work, the stuff that you paint on and it creates a clear barrier.

Thanks guys, picked up some brick sealer yesterday morning from B and Q, will give that a try, if not will go back and try the bitumen, as I looked at that first.

Sideshowbob, the problem is the concrete base is much bigger than my garage, as I had wanted to replace my old garage with a new one. Might do this some point in the future, so dont really want to dig into it.

Thanks
