Is it just me thats strange ? Or does a weekday off work seem like a sin ?

 

Wife had all this week off work as she had days that had to be used before March. I slipped in a wee sneaky one today and we went for a drive !:cowboy:

 

Tanked up the Ram and offski !

 

Headed upwards to Callendar and turned left at Kilmahog. Stopped off at Loch Venachar and it was frozen a good 200 yards from the shore !

 

 

 

 

Headed up the hills, through Brig`O`Turk and had some great views over Loch Achray. Still snow up there, kinda slippy in places !! Even over 300 horses, you still gotta be carefull !

 

 

 

 

 

 

Down into Aberfoyle and then onto Balmaha on Loch Lomond.

 

 

 

 

Through Strathblane and up the Campsie Fells where it was still cold enough to freeze the wee waterfall !!

 

 

 

 

Cracking day off !! Chilly, but dry and empty roads !

Me too Allan - my neighbour had a Nissan Navara in black with all the extras. That was stunning and I could happily have one of those. If only Julia would drive something that size.........

Its good to get out of the normal day to day habits and get away from it all nice picks mate
