From what i understand as i have the same to fit when im finished.

The MAP sensor has to be fitted as close as possible to the throttle body either end. No MAP sensor as standard.

AEM temp sensor either fitted just after the air filter or throttle body.

My AEM just plugs into the original loom socket?

as you'll be asking lots of questions I suggest you search. pretty sure kirbz put a post up on it otherwise there's a sticky on the aem forum.

map sensor just needs a vac line and AIT needs welding to the intake pipe next to the throttlebody.

the sensor wires need to be wired into the loom next to the ecu plug

Thanks

also do you know which pin to plug map sensor signal pin into on engine management control unit?

Have you drilled/made the holes yet for your sensors?

Same here

fitting instructions are hard to understand and dont state which pin input the engine management system requires.

you should have a wiring diagram with the AEM unit that shows where every pin goes and which ones you can get rid of.

have a look on their web site. all the info will be on there :)

i have that wiring diagram, but there is no input stating 'map signal' pin, there is one called 'fuel pump volage control - MAP - speed density' pin 35.

would that be the connection for the map sensor?
