Aint been on here for a while, been very busy, the council has finally given me a house, I have had to start from scratch and diddnt realise how expensive it would be + the amount of work it takes to get it looking how you want it, hope i can still afford to keep the zed though.

It all takes time to furnish a house start of with a tv, sofa and fridge full of beer and your half way there:yes: good luck mate

Fair play mate i bought my house 3 years ago and loved it since. Less money i have to my myself but atleast i dont live with my parents at 29 lol

It is both time and money well spent.

Although, if its only rented do not spend to much as there is no reward for it.

Save what you would spend on a deposit on your very own place :)
