Website designer/builder wanted

Folks, am looking for someone who can build me a small and basic website.

It is to offer support relating to a specific family matter and will require the use of a survey system in it.

 

I will supply all the required info and what order it is to be in etc, then someone create it for me.

 

However there is a catch, i don't have any money for this project, so would need 1 of those free design/host set ups and someone willing to either do it out of the goodness of their heart as it is a good cause or be happy that i see them straight 1 day, but dunno when!

 

I can offer a brand new set of stainnless steel indiglow sills in your choice of 3 colours, maybe some silicone tubing lying around, oh and a few bits of metalwork equipment, that's it lol
