No worries, the H3C are for jap and H3 for UK, but you can get the H3 more easily and you just ground the earth to the screw on the bulb surround

yeah i think the last owner bodged the other side like that bit its so crap coz the light comnes out yellow and so dim..... hopefully these will be better....

lol, maybe maybe, think IL stick with the bulbs for now, Ive only been caught out once and that was on the way home from silverbullets........

i never drive on roads with no street lamps, in London and on the motorways the roads are lit well, on the way home from marks on a pitch black country road my tom tom stopped working my headlights stopped working and i had a minor airlock not to mention the shite load of smoke, steam coming from the heat wrap and split water pipe, the heavily tinted windows front&rear i couldn't see shite, i actually shite myself for a second, i really couldn't make out the curbs or even the road, oncoming cars were making it worse flashing me... duhh i know my lights arnt working......

anyhow bullet to the rescue, i managed to find a road name and pass it onto to mark lol.

merry xmas to you all, i hope Santa has a new pair of jeans on his list for silverbullet lol......

Seriously, one of the best mods you can do to a Z !! Its not just the visibility improvement (which is staggering in comparison to stock lights), but they look sooooooo much better as well, and the car looks much newer with them on, especially with some matching side light bulbs.

You can get them from about 30pounds these days.

Get a 6000k kit.

bugger it i went ahead and bought a HID kit for £40 :D

is there any wiring, soldering or splitting of wires to do? or is it straight forward?

dan's kit is plug and play but the ebay ones may require soldering/splitting and running a lead from the batt. Have you got a link for the one you bought bud?

looks like it's just a plug in jobber :gunsmilie:. All you need to do is mount the ballasts, and plug the wires into the loom. Should be an easy job matey

That is sweeeeeeet :D

duno y i didnt do this earlier, anyhow they are sooo cheap now... my gf bought me it for xmas lol just have to wait now, god i got soooo much to do on the car but its soooo cold and wet at the mo :(

Nice one mate. The hardest part when installing the hids is getting the bleedin' headlights out so you can fit the ballasts under them! I've seen a few people mount them under the centre panel or behind the lights instead, so all good in the end :D

yeah ive had the headlights out b4 dont fancy doin it again so il stick them under the headlight panel ;)

they are all 'plug n play'. Fitted over a dozen sets to Z's - Dans, Zcentre, Ebay - all the same.

Mine are mounted under the headlights, but I usually mount them under the nose panel on others.
