Hey Guys, Does anyone know of any couriers that will collect an exhaust system weighing 25kg's and is 2.2metres in length to deliver it to Ireland. The reason being I've bought a second hand exhaust and the chap is having problems getting it delivered due to the size of the parcel.

 

Any Help will be greatly appreciated..

Pretty costly that i reckon mate.

Seeing as the system is in 3 pieces anyway, ask him to pack it as 3 pieces and send it parcel force. It goes as 1 consigment, but you pay less for the 2nd and 3rd piece.

As Smithy says you need to have that broken down into smaller bits as the cost will be outrageous to send as it is now!!!!

 

Break it down, bubble wrap each part and then strap them all together and send as one item. I've done it myself and it is the only way to do it IMO.

Can anyone tell me how short you can make a CAT back Mongoose system ie. how long is each part as i presume it splits into 4 pieces for ease of fitment.

 

Dan, According to Parcel to go its too long at 2.2m

Roughly the longest part is about 4ft mate and that's the middle section.

You would tape both of these together to make 1 part, then wrap the back sections seperate, giving you 3 pieces in total.
