As its nearing the time for a visit from Santa its also nearing the time for me to bring up the subject of a Xmas night out or meeting.

 

Whats the thoughts guys do you fancy a beer, a meet somewhere or do we just say fook it as usual and not bother out arses :D

Wouldnt we be pushing it, looking for a good attendance soo soon after the last meet? lol. Just kidding.

 

I'd be up for it.......if it's in december! I know that seems like a strange request but these'sa few places having them early and im going onto 12 hours shifts at work this weekend.

lol, aint that strange a request. One place I worked had their "xmas" night in February, said it was easier to get somewhere then, real reason was it was cheaper :rofl: small companies like BP really do have to watch their pennies you know.

 

If we do have something it wil be in December, but not holding out much hope of getting much interest.

I would go if.............it was after the 19th of december or before the 3rd.

 

I will be at work in between then and then have my work xmas night out in newcastle on the 18th with work.

So 1st, 2nd of december is a go for me orrrrrrrrr if its the 20th onwards......

Decided that rather than going for beers, we will have more interest in a midweek meet.

 

So I propose the 16th. Given the fact its a bit baltic I also suggest going for something to eat and because its christmas time, take it up a notch from the usual KFC to a Brewers Fayre or similar.

 

Thoughts on this guys, and location suggestions.

 

Can make the usual KFC if thats what you prefer.

What about the brewers fayre just off the m9 at the Falkirk / Grangemouth Junction?

Yep thats an option, nice and close to me :D.

 

But can easily make it some where the other side of Edinburgh, a bit closer to you for a change.

I suppose there's the Cuddy Brae in Musselburgh. Thats the same sort of thing. But im really not bothered.

Like ive said many times before, there's no point in all of you lot going the extra distance to accomodate me when it'll be easier for everyone else if i travelled.

I would be up for finally meeting you guys, but i dont come back from work until the 17th then away on the 18th for a works xmas night out.

 

So will be heading home on the 19th.
