Yup, Very silly these day's, as CCTV is everywhere. I have caught a few people driving off after an accident myself, thinking No one saw anything...WRONG!!!! :smash:

    I think that if they are caught doing that they should pay a huge fine, or do they under "leaving the scene of an accident?"

    Around here, they get changed with leaving the scene of an Accident, as well as other things depending on the circumstances.
