Noise on my Fiesta

Hi All, just wandering if you can help me. ive got a fiesta 2004 1.4 tdci for a second vehicle and for a while now ive had this humming noise (wheel bearing type noise) when driving increasing with speed and turning. ive replaced both front wheel bearings which hasnt helped. could it be a fault with the diff/gearbox or tyre noise. ive got two avon tyres on the front cant remember if this sound was there with before i fitted them. if it is tyre noise could i swop them to the rear would that eliminate the tyre noise??
