At 5.30am this morning, Clive the Cosworth was taken from my drive. Details are:

 

Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth 2wd 1989

 

Registration F100DKP

 

Magenta

 

Stolen from Congleton, Cheshire

 

I'll get some pictures up later - I'm supposed to be working now - but it was a beaut as I'd just spent a lot of money on a respray

 

Please keep an eye out for it.

This was spotted in South Wales Area near Newport, so if anyone sees this car contact the police please!

Spotted at 9:45am this morning, Shiney Red cossy on a plant trailer heading through RUSTON SPENCER towards MACCLESFIELD being towed by a Green Nissan 4x4 reg Number Y557 KCP. Vehicle details from dvla

Plates on the sapph were E registered but the car was identical to your pictures and the plates did not "suit" the car.... I smelt BBQ'd rat.

At one time these were supposed to be the most stolen cars in the UK. Looks like this is still the case!

 

Not good at all and must be very stressful.

 

BTW, what is the record of the Z? Anyone had one stolen? (I hope not obviously!).

If i ever owned a Cosworth of any sort, it would be slapped with a tracker soon as i got the keys in my hands. My Zx is getting one as well soon as i get it back from the break down peeps and the engine is working again. hmmm i have a cosworth factory up on the industrial estate near me, wonder if they want to do some engine work on my Zed lol
