Now this is not around here but could well be soon !!

Police in East sussex are now using a Grey R32 GTR with tinted windows ! Now I wonder just what exactly that is for ? It certainly isn't because it's a powerful up to date machine that can keep up with the ever increasing horsepower cars is it?

sounds like they are getting sneaky, so if you live in essex and one pulls up along side you.. dont race it

Is there any truth in that?

Can they back the claim up?

Cos if they can thats just plain naughty :(

****ing pigs. Motorists easy targets for pussy cops. This is getting right on my nerves, no one helped the poor woman who was bullied and ended up setting her and her daughter alight in the car but they're so ****ing efficient in this field.

Wonder how tinted there windows are, got to allow 70% of light through do they not? which means you would be able to see its cops in it anyways

they have put signs up saying unmarked police vehicles operating in this area.

But still very sneaky!!

Wouldnt suprise me Thames Valley police have a fully kitted blue RX8 with plenty of power and a new Impreza WRX in blue aswell seen them pull a few cahvs over round my way.

Well thames valley is true chap, i know a few coppers that have let it slip aswell:bow:

True and if it is darker than that then they are commiting an offence so can't pull you anyway :p

It's nothing new, Lincolnshire have used marked AND unmarked fast saloons for years. 3 & 4 door Cosworths (in their day) and more recently Scoobys, and not always with uniformed offices.

Yeah NEW performance cars they do use, we all know it and its no secret.

An old R32. Thats bull shit. ;)

wish i could get paid to drive round in an R32 all day. nice work if you can get it

Deffo matey, just as long as you don't do any work on it!!! :xxx:

Around my area they use a Blue Subaru and pull up next to you, and try and race you... of course we aint idiots and just laugh at the pigs inside.

A mate of mine got pulled in his Focus RS, by a Scooby with all the scooby stickers on etc....

The kid who pulled him must have been about 21 and bragged how all he did all day was drive up and down the a19 in it.

i seen a motorcyle cop yesterday on a yamaha R1 all black with police stickers on! had to look twice!

dan.

If you can see its tinted then its illegal, as you say 70% is the legal limit and you cant see it really as thats what most cars are standard these days.
