the big C finally got him, such a shame as i enjoyed some of his films

RIP, didnt even hear about it!

The press made a big thing about a pic of him still smoking despite having the big C.

 

He said if anyone can prove to me that stopping can add longer than 5 minutes to my life then I will drop them like a hot brick. Until then I'm going to enjoy myself.

 

He had a point

Very very sad as he was diagnosed with the same cancer as my uncle and they both lost their lives within days :(

 

Possibly one of the worst cancers you can get :(

I heard this on the radio the day before he died. I hadn't heard it for ages. Little did I know what was coming. RIP.

Is it too early to ask if he's been in touch with Whoopi Goldberg?

 

Seriously, though, he was a good actor and I'm sorry he's gone. Roadhouse is one of my all-time favourite films.
