i recently bought a brand new maf (not a nissan marked one) for spare, it was remarked at yesterdays meet that these cause running issues :confused: i have it fitted now, and going to use it so what problems if any should i be looking for?

I had one fitted to the yellow one, it was running crap till I swapped it for a genuine one I had from my silver one. Aint had any problems since;)

We tested one of these with a logger in line with an oem afm, it could not react as smoothly to changes and spiked wildly, was not impressed

 

You are likely to get over fuelling with the spikes and the voltage range looked to top out quicker than the oem.
