how would i check if anyone was using my wireless connecton

as title, how could i check if a sneaky fooker was using my wireless connection to get free tinterweb, ourlasses sneaky brother has been round to check his new laptop out on the internet using my connection, ourlass says there isnt any stored passwords left on, but im sure he will find it somehow, he only lives round the corner and will use mine if he can

there is about 5 ppl on me street who dont have there net secure so when i get in bed with me lappy i can chose and use as i please

I see about 10 connections on my wireless router, and a couple of them have no security at all.

 

Allan, check the Manual for your wireless router, it will tell you how to set up the different security options on it. Every router is different. (or google for online manual)

cheers people, i have a password set up, but if its been entered on his lappy, would he be able to retrieve it even after it had been deleted
