Well known ex-members car, and being sold my ex-forum trader.

 

He paid a lot less for it, has made a few changes to it....been for sale for a long time now (6months+) unless it sold and then they have bought it back.

Well good luck to him with the sale if he gets 11k ill eat my dog!!! and his brush, lol.

Just remembered he sold it to a guy in Dorset in july last year (for about that price), so I guess the buyer sold it back to him recently.

 

The car is well known here as "Zelda"

Just thinking what stella sold his wide arch baby for compared to that..

no fookin way, its just a wide arch shortie with a fancy interior and standardish engine, would have paid what he bought it for which if i rember is was about 6-7k, very nice motor but no way worth nearly 11k, and thats not just cause i got peanuts for mine, its the truth, i think he bought it once washed it and changed the rear lights and it went up in price about 4k lol

Not the most expensive Z to be bought/sold in the past couple of years, but the least worthy of the price IMO. It is nice, and deserves a premium price but not that much.

 

At least others of similar price or more had Engine and other work done to justify it.

i could have had the pentroof for 10k (stoopid knacked old zed of mine lol), now any car that is that price has to be very special, and so far no other zed compares

 

would prefer steve300zx's car for £8500 rather than that car, honestly with today market zelda would go for about 6k at a push, quick sale 4500-5500k

Pentroof + yous as trade-in ? I heard it went for quite a lot more than 10k

no, could have had it for 10k, i had mine more or less sold for 4k and had the rest on retention at the bank as a loan, then the brake lines went £600 then the engine went and the interested buyer pulled out, then i had some sneaky sod sending pm's with malicious lies about my car and totally ruined any chances of selling my car

 

it went for about 14k in the end to a guy from germany, only me and another person o this site was offered the price of 10k, as most people would have just bought to sell on, also i offered simon the chance to pay me the money i bought the car for if he got his situation sorted (not finacial situation, but time) and he could have the car back (depending on condition)

 

now no other zed seems the money, that was a real one off, even went to the bank for the full 10k and got approved but just couldnt justifiy the repayments in my current state of affairs

Zelda was ok, but Steve300zx's is in a different league close up - a much better car in my opinion (I knew Zelda quite well when Sgt. C had it).

 

I suppose a lot of it is personal opinion though. A lot of people would say that a TT swb wide arch manual is the ultimate Z.

Thats such a shitty ad. I seen this car a few times. It is a bloody nice zed. Mainly cosmetic though so doesnt really justify 11k.
