Autobox Solenoids Where are they?

Has anyone got any advice on how to check the shift solenoids and where they are found + pictures or links with how to check them please. i know how to do the autobox diagnostics and I have the online manual link, but hopefully somebody on here may be able to help me a little more clearer.

 

Any help appreciated!

    The solenoids are part of a "pack" that is located within the gearbox itself and to access these the sump and strainer needs removing.
