Im so bored here in Spain ive been thinking of taking up the Bass guitar again.

I had one about 20 years ago when i lived in London but sold it when i changed jobs becouse i never had time to practise so basicaly i will be starting all over again.

Im thinking of a Squire Fender Jazz Bass as i had the prescision before.

Any thoughts?

Steve

Do it! Actual guitar choice is all down to individual preference - I've had ££££'s worth of Jacksons and Vester custom basses, but the one I'm playing the most was a £99 cheapie but it plays and feels great.

I've always liked second hand basses because they feel more 'run in', and secong hand amps/heads/combos can save you a fortune.

If you just want a cheap home setup to play for yourself and to practice, check out the cheapies on ebay - done me proud on a couple of occasions mate :)
