This is just to see if anyone would be interested in another RR Day meet maybe.

 

The last one was a great success and a really good day out IMO. Maybe another one is in order. A different dyno place this time tho and i was thinking maybe the other end of the year - after the shows and when the weather is cooling down.

 

So whats say you? Anyone interested? If so i'll put the idea forward to turb0z and go from there.

Sorry i did mean to mention this is where most want to go, i just did'nt as i think we need this till after JAE and then really push forward with it :)

 

IMO we should give TDI a go as it is fairly central.

i have been to both rolling roads and i must admit and its not because its closer but steve at teg is very very good and much more knowledgable than the guys at tdi, they really struggled with my 300zx but that was a few years ago??

 

i hope my car will be all sorted and running 100% by then so put my name down :)

No update as yet through e-mail or a returned call, maybe that could be a partial reason ? :(

No luck or reply from TDI, but i did today speak to a chap at TEG that advised i needed to talk to Steve, as Kirbz suggested and to call again tomorrow when he returns :)

Spoke to Andy at TDI today they have given me a date of Saturday 14th November no more than 12 cars on the day, at 35 pound per car!! let me know what you think there holding the place for me until next week! Paul

They did'nt say you'd be called back :cool: it does seem a good price but i'd kind of give up on hearing from them, after 2 emails and calls not returned :(

 

i did however speak to Steve yesterday at TEG who was most helpfull and seems to know the car, but earliest available date would be 05/12 ?

 

the price details are as follows>

 

10-15 cars = £40.00

15-20 cars = £35.00

They also give a slightly better price.

 

If they are willing to play ball a little better i think maybe they're the ones to go with.

Yes i thought the Dec date was a little late so am happy to use TDI if everyone else is, so will give them another call tomorrow and get the date given confirmed thanks for the info Cheshire 300zx, and if you speak to them before me tomorrow if you could grab that date and advise i will give them a call to confirm that would be great
