Just wanted to know what everyone thinks of my engine so far

Also included pictures of the heads being ported and polished and to show just how extreme we've gone I've included a picture showing the sound deadening being removed from the floor, hope you lot like

Wait till you see the bhp!!!!! so far its cost me around 8500 but its been worth every penny, I can list all mods but I'll be here till christmas, The engine is nearly 100% done, im now having a complete respray in long beach pearl blue (honda nsx colour) with a twist hee hee, no back seats and every other useless bit removed for weight loss, also running three intercoolers, 2 side ones and front mount!!!!! she's gonna be bloody quick!!!!!

To be honest we'll only run the three intercoolers on the drag strip so we can keep the engine cool enough to up the boost and the nitrous, as for the power figure we're not to sure yet but im pretty sure we could get 650-700 with a little bit more work but for now I'll be happy with around 550 (depends how much boost we decide to run it at)

Looks great!!

Want to see the pictures when she is finished!!!

Everyone will be seeing her in person as Im taking her everyway, no matter how far away!!!!!!

Beat me by 1 minute!!

Issac. LOL

Does'nt matter if its a minute or an hour - you still got beat

Great minds and all that ;) :D

would like to know the spec?

also its a really silly idea running 3 intercoolers, theres zeds around running well over 6-700 rwhp and some with alot more and only need 2 LOL a well designed fmic or side mounts will be more than enough, you can always get a spray kit for the intercoolers if the intake temp bothers you for drag runs but all your doing is moving air around further than the silly amounts it already has to thus doing more harm than good i would have thought!!

To be honest, it should cool it down a little more than usual but it also because its different, I cant say Ive heard of a zed running 3 intercoolers, we are going to have a water spray as well but all we're going to do it adapt the rear window washer jet, its easy and very very simple, rather than forking out fortunes for a kit which basically does exactly the same

Ive got 770cc injectors and hks gt2530 turbos, these babies can handle lots of boost!!! by far my favourite purchase, all this is going to be run by an AEM stand alone engine management

not heard of 770cc injectors? what make are they? the 2530s are good turbos, they can take around 1.5 bar of boost, anymore and you will just be blowing hot air. aem is very good, i used to run one

tbh from the spec above you really dont need 3 intercoolers, power wise the most ive seen over here and genuine power is 490 rwhp on 2530s and thats on a top spec engine

The internals have been played with in the turbos eg bigger turbine. You seem know s@#t loads, could you tell me your thoughts on dump valves? Wich ones would you recommend?

This is a picture of the garrett turbo we were going to use (will a lot of modifications to fit it), behind it is the original turbo

hks ones are very good for high performance

also ive seen 2530's close up and they do not look like them, for one 2530s are internally wastegated where as yours are not? they look bigger than 2530s more like gt35s to me?

Mike

also are you changing the fuel rail? for the power you want you need to as thats an area the zed fails at
