Pda help

I've been using my parents acer n35 for a sat nav, it is only running destinator which is a load of rubbish. But I really like how it works, I have found the tom tom software to upgrade it.

I was thinking about getting something similar myself, I have had a look on ebay and they are cheap seconhand, I was just wondering if there is anything around the same money that would be better??
