sorry to bother you. I am new to this site and i dont know how to post a thread in the right category. I have bought a 300zx modified 5 and a half months ago from WRC sales. I drove the car for about 250 miles then it broke down. The *******s from WRC did not want to involve with the repaires...and i had to go to a garage. My car is still at the same garage even 2day...the machanic keeps lying to me that he is waiting for some parts or he had to do some modifications to his garage etc. After finding out that cilinder heads were cracked i had to buy a second hand engine and he is putting my other modified parts from the original engine to the second hand one(pulleys, turbos and other). I went to the garage last week and the engine was still 20% in bits. I have paid him already £2000.... I just want to know if it is my right to take my car from his garage. Who can fix it for me? thank you

What warranty did you get from WRC? Not sure of legal position - suggest you contact Trading standards. Was car fit for purpose? Possibly not if it only did 250 miles but WRC could argue you thrashed it/ no oil/ no water etc. Doubt you should have taken it to another garage without getting Trading Standards advice. Good Luck

I dont think they can make a profit on any car they do. They dont tell you if they have included labour etc and after the work they put into the ferrari £300 profit wasnt really worth it lol
