Building on the right in the last pic is a full workshop, old mate from school is building nissan engines and generally working on his own car.

 

Was just a bit amazed he was doing this just at the end of my road and i hadnt noticed!

    Brave guy taking on all those pulsars.The gt ir is more un reliable than a zed and a pig to work on.Faster than a stock zed though if you can keep em on the rd.They understeer really badly.Blokes got his work cut there !!

    I know lol he was busy putting a pulsar turbo on a 180sx when I was down there.
