Concorso d'Eleganza, Villa d'Este.

 

Getting pretty damn excited. On Friday I fly out to Milan & then drive myself to Lake Como. Saturday I meet up with Julius Kruta from Bugatti, and take a bucket load of reference photos of his 57SC so we can make a model of it. Shouldn't take very long, then I chill with the Bugatti guys till Sunday. Sweet.

LOL brings back memories....went to Bergamo with mrs and sis n law/bruv in law, took 2 trains to get to Lake Como....all is well until we were coming back at the station. My mrs said ahh platform 4 thats ours, so all on the train we went....train starts to move then we go into a longgggggg tunnel, (when we arrived we couldnt see the water, when we left we could). Off the train we gets and ask when next train is to Milan (we change at monza for bergamo) only to be asked for passports.......we are like passports? we are going to Monza to change trains......Guards were like you are in Switzerland........silence.....then we are laughing, yeah right dont take the piss.....we were in fricken Switzerland, no passports, half buckled.....put us on next train to monza and all was well....

 

 

Sorry but it was funny at time.
