Subject: Japanese Auto-Extravaganza

 

 

Hi Craig

 

We would love to have your club at JAE this year. The venue is the same as previous years. The dates are 27th & 28th July but your members can camp from Friday. Costs again will be free to enter the event, but there will be the usual charge to enter Billing which will be £6.00 per car (I think) plus camping which will be £1-£2 more per night per car (Bargain). We are going to have the fireworks on the Saturday night and a donation towards the cost of this from your club or members would be appreciated.

 

If you have any specialist suppliers you would like to have a trade stand or just somebody wishing to sell parts please let me know so that I can reserve space for them. The cost of this is a donation at the end of the weekend to help fund the event for 2003.

 

Please let me know numbers and any volunteers who would be willing to help set the field up on Friday or help clear up on Sunday or anything else.
