PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD BEFORE MARCH 17TH

 

In order for me to make sure the catering is spot on for this record breaking meet, I need to know EXACTLY how many of you are coming for sure. Please reply to this thread ONLY if you are definitely showing up and with how many people (wife, girlfriend, kids, etc). I don't want to be placed in a situation where I confirm a certain number af attendees with the caterers and then am left holding a massive bill at the end of the day.

FYI: attendance will cost £10 per head and includes a full meal, use of a massive car park and hopefully heaps of Zeds to oogle over!

 

I'll post details and maps around the 17th of March.

Allrighty everyone!

 

The polling stations have now closed and I'm very pleased to announce that so far we've got about 28 Zeds showing up and nearly 40 people! This is going to be GREAT! This has got to be a record!

 

I've spoken to the caterers this afternoon and allowed for a few extra people to show up. So, anyone else wanting to come, you're more than welcome, please let me know on this thread.

 

Question: can anyone bring a camcorder? I've got pics covered but thought it would be nice to get a video as well.

i will bring camcorder not the best one in the world but it will take a good 45 mins worth of pic's

Bad newz, all - somehow I managed to get a brownie point (must have been mowing the lawn twice this year or something) so need to find something fun to do Saturday.

I will also be begging for techy advice in return for beer so I guess the Boat Inn is the right place. It's even mentioned in this year's Good Beer Guide. Wahooooo.
