when i have the window open i get smells in the car, ive heard there are some vents that may be stuck open, anyone got any pics of what im lookin for and how do i remedy it????

you mean the boot vents?

 

If so they're behind the plastic both sides in the boot

they are pushy flaps that normally flap in a slight breeze, cant imagine one getting stuck to be honest.

Can be the tailgate, usually it is rust under the lid, or a bad seal?

If it were vents in the car wouldnt it happen with the windows up? Does it happen when no other cars are around?

only happens when i have one window open, if i open both it doesnt smell as bad, have read that it may be these flappy numbers, the seal seems fine as its dirty on the tailgate on the outside of the rubber but not on the inside
