I took out a fully comp policy on my old zed just one month before my accident.
The insurance has now paid out but are still pursuing a county council for black ice/no grit on a major section of the A47. The only thing I am looking for is having the "at fault" removed from my records.
As I'd had the policy for less than month before my car was written of I was wondering if I would be entitled to a refund on the policy for the rest of the year?
