Advice needed: Articulated wall mount brackets for monitors

Christ on a bike there's a lot of choice out there. This is definately not my area so I thought I'd ask for some advice, particularly after reading several reviews of units that buyers were unhappy with (poor, weak material...stiff or small range of articulation...etc).

Essentially I'm in the middle of setting up my home recording studio (nothing overly flash, a small amount of very good outboard equipment paired with a very good computer). I'm looking to attach a dual monitor set-up to the main (brick) wall to make working in Cubase a lot easier (tracks in one monitor, mixer and instruments in the other for example...I've only got the one monitor at the moment, a 20" LG L207WT but as soon as I can afford another one it's being bought!) so I need to decide whether to go for a single arm to hold two monitors at the same time or two arms for each.

It would be great if the arm would allow the monitor(s) to come quite far away from the wall, allow a good degree of vertical adjustment and allow it to be swivelled at least 45 degress to the left and the right.

Could anyone recommend something that might suit?

On a side note, I'm also looking into mounting brackets for my speakers (classic BBC Spendour made ls3/5a's if anyone's into their audio gear! :)) and it crossed my mind that a pair of articulated arms could somehow be adapted to allow their mounting....it would allow them to be positioned quite easily in exactly the right position in the room as more traditional wall mounted options are a bit limited: http://www.studiospares.com/Wall-Ceiling-Brackets/K+M-24180-Speaker-Wall-Mount/invt/428490

I think there are wall brackets that can swing out for flat screen tv's,

Failing that you could go to a fabricator to make some plates to accommodate a round long U shaped beam, so the flat plate on the wall and one on the back of the screen or speaker and the round bar can then be swiveled at the wall and at the speaker end, if you can picture what i mean I_____I
