Did anyone watch this last night......

60,000 000 for an average sized appartment

250, 000 000 for a Yacht

1,000 000 for a wrist watch

and I have never seen so many supercars in one place. I saw at least 3 Veyrons, and loads of Ferrari's and Lambo's.

He reconed you need a min of 10, 000 000 in the bank to even think about moving there, and thats gonna get you a shed down an back alley.

Did I read that right? Is that 60 million for an average sized appartment?

If so.... OMFG

Yes you did read it right mate. :(

I haven't seen the programme yet (have it recorded) but assume that the quoted price tag for the "average" apartment is a sea-facing penthouse opposite the Casino with reserved parking spaces. The parents of an old school friend of mine have what I would consider to be an "average" apartment in Monte Carlo (about 200 square meters living space with access to communal pool, 1 parking space, etc) and it is on the market at just shy of £2m. It's not sea-facing and is still in a desireable location (only 5 minute walk from Casino Square).

Am going to have to watch that tonight ... ;)

What is the point of moving to a Tax haven, when you have to pay ultra over the odd's for stuff when your there??

Id rather pay over the odds for something I can look at as mine than see my money I pay in tax go to some of the benefit cheats and bankers bonuses over here lol

Ahh! But have you ever considered that if you lived in this sort of place that Piers Morgan might want to interview you for a documentary and he's a twat.

Thats true, and I certainly wouldn't let him drive my car!! Did you see him take that corner? .. and the parking!
