ipods cant swim

well i found out last night that my ipod doesnt like water and it definitely cant swim lol found this out after dropping it in the bath. dried it out but its fooked when u try to charge it up it charges everything even the outer case so that cant be good gives you a nice wee tingle mind you. still guess thats another thing on my list to santa

    You should of left it a week to dry out properly without charging:nono: It's the powering up that kills them.Works for mobiles too :D

    Thats a nightmare! Hope it wasn't one of the big 160gb ones and you've lost all your music now.

    Take it apart, wash all the gubbins in distilled water and let it dry naturally for a day or so. You may be lucky ....

    Did that with my Samsung X820 phone after a stint in the washing machine ... :headvswal The screen looked a bit funny for a few days (has now healed itself) and the phone works without any problems! :)

    screen and that works fine but comes up saying there is an error then switchs off. was one of the video ones hopefully can manage to save the music for it then transfer it to a new one
