I am trying to do it and it's not working right.

 

When it says to accelerate, do you go full throttle, or do you accelerate normally?

i sold one not long ago, they dont measure BHP, just HP.

 

The problem is you have to take into consideration drag and stuff whilst moving compared to none on a rolling road.

Anyway... go slow into second or third gear then floor it till redline, it measures best when you use mainly one gear, same goes when you do another run with a new mod.

 

And the weight must be bang on, goto your local weighbridge or waste tip and weigh your car and you together

The GTech pro says it's measurements are including drag and is an accurate RWHP figure which it is typically a couple % lower than dyno figures.

It will be a full throttle run Steve, just as you would on a dyno. :) :duffer:
