Hey posted this up a few times is a really good afternoon always a good turnout (although im not going this time as Spa day with the missus) Free entry to the museum which is spectaciular!Always get stares as apart from EDK83 a few times im the only Zed to go :( Always nice cars there see the photo album Postcode is TF11 8UP! Super easy to find and people usually hang around till 12 then most go and few remain till as late as 2pm!Would advise getting there early like 9.30- 10am latest! Well thought we'd kick off the years meets this weekend coming, Sunday 18th about 1ish Nothing fancy lol a mini meet round mine for a spot of stripping and damage assessing..;) (cheeky i know but, gets every together and we can offically kick off the years meets action...) I have just spoken to Leslie, Colin is still in hospital and has been really seriously ill, to the extent that it was touch and go for a while. His condition has improved a little over the past week or two and the hospital is now considering fitting a pacemaker on Friday. Im sure I speak for all on here to wish Colin a full and speedy recovery, my thoughts go out to both Colin and Leslie for what must be an extremely worrying and stresfull time. PS. Leslie can you make sure that they fit a tamper proof pacemaker to stop Colin trying to up the boost, you know what he's like if it can be tinkered with he will!

:D Hi every one, I want to introduce myself as I have taken the job as our regional events organiser. My name is Tez, I live in Huddersfield and am a petrol head through and through. I would like to try and get a regular meet going on for our region so if you could put your name and where you live on the members list this would be a good start. I could do with some feedback as to what people would like to do, ie car park meet or afternoon at a pub for instance:duffer:. Any way lets see if we can get things rolling as it seems to have been a bit quiet in this region.

Hi, there is a regular car meet at the old post office pub, just off jct 38 of the M1. This takes place every sunday evening. As it is pretty central for most people in our region it seems like a good place to get a regular meet started for our group. Let me know if you would want to come to something like this, either PM me or leave comments on this thread.

Hi all, well just got made redundant from Nissan so on the dole for the first time in 10 years. But anyway more to the point i am in dire need of a new interior (door cards, glove box cover, center console sides and so on). now as many of ye know i have a scraped 300tt in my garage but the door cards and stuff were the same auld type and wanna get something differant. My Z is going for the NCT on tuesday 25 ( also my birthday) so when she passes i want to get down and dirty with the interior. If anybody knows where i can get an interior i would appreciate it alot.

Would be good to get as many 300zx's there as possible to start the year off with a bang. Hi All, i have a spare engine in my scraped 300 and was gonna try and strip it and rebuild it it but dont know where to start. does anyone know where i can get a manual for a 300 engine rebuild. for torques and stuff. i spent alot on tools lately and wanna try a rebuild as have never done it before, ( except for a vauxhall viva years ago). Thanks for yer help again. Got the interior sorted so now am lookin for a new project.

Just wanted to take the time to wish everyone in the EA region a happy 2009 hopefully the weather will get warm quiet quickly so we can get the Zed's nice and clean and get to a few meets over the next few months... To that end now the holiday season Is all but done and over we'll have to sit down and sort out a central meet to kick the year off in the next few weeks. So any idea's as to what to do and where to do it PM me and we'll see about getting something organized. All the best for 2009 Neil
