After it was discussed at the last meet, im wondering if there's much interest in getting a stand together for this show? It's being held at the Museum of Flight, East Lothian on the 24th / 25th of September between 10am and 5pm. Now, the website says that all cars need to be parked by 0945 and wont be allowed to leave until 5pm. The website claims that it's due to traffic restrictions on site. http://www.nms.ac.uk/our_museums/museum_of_flight/whats_on/magnificent_machines.aspx Unfortunately, im gonna be working in Lancashire for most of september and all of october so i'll not be able to make it. I'm more than happy to organise a stand though if the…

Racing a mate over the standing start quarter of a mile is still the cheapest, safest, and fastest way to get a genuine racing fix! So with that in mind we thought that this would be a timely reminder to tell you about our end of season Public Track Days taking place at Warwickshire’s Shakespeare County Raceway in the month of October. In addition to the RWYB racing series and the tracks own Bracket Gamblers Shootouts we’ve got going on, October 1st/2nd will see the second ‘Club Thrash’ between the modded boys and girls from Cruise Mids taking on a team of equally modded enthusiasts from Street Race. Last year it was a complete turn over for Cruise Mids. So thi…

Right, I've had this planned all year, my LONG WAY ROUND tour, it is the biggy for this year..! A road trip of a lifetime..! Those of you that visit the orange forum will know that I'm always darting off somewhere but I thought for a trip like this I should share it with the members on this Forum. Actually all I'm doing is driving the Car from Grenoble in France back to the U.K. as its time to take it home. Except I'm gonna do it the "LONG WAY ROUND"....! 12 countries, 9 Days, 6 currencies, 2 time zones, 1 Idiot..! :D With some top driving roads, and some fairly bad roads too. I estimate the route at 4600kms or just over 3000 miles but will probably be …

Well the zed is on the road now & I've never been to JAE so wouldn't mind going this year. I've just seen the main thread but been relatively new to the forum and only knowing a few faces I was just wondering who from South & West Yorks is going and if anyone would be game meeting up before hand and convoying down :)

Zrun11 review. Well it was that time again, The weekend of Zrun11 had arrived and the Runners were all keen to get on with the task in hand. The guys all Arrived at the meeting point timed with military precision with no early woes to report....Good start..! After a quick Scchhmoke and a pancake it was off to the port for the Boat and some proper Breakfast of eggs bacon and saturated fat. Unfortunately I missed out on all that as I was driving up from the south of France to meet the guys at the ring, I had set of on the Friday evening and driven to Mulhouse on the French/German border for an overnight stop and then carried on Saturday morning. Having g…

Hi all, apologies not posted up for ages but I have been popping in now and again to see whats going on. Anyways back to the title, I'm planning on doing another run along the lines of last year's http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=134736, when Andy and myself spent three or four days touring the north west. Looking to do it around the start of September if anyone is interested. Really would have been best going in May to miss the worst of the midges, but I'm just back last week after a 6 day walkabout in the highlands, dont think either the work or the misses would have been too happy if I disappeared again.
